There's also a part in Xibalba where Tatsuya and Jun run into a room that Eikichi sprinted off to, thinking it was a healing spring, but when they enter the walls start closing in on both of them. Not jokes but there is fat shaming. It’s mentioned that Ekichi used to be overweight in the past and his girlfriend broke up with him because he was overweight and “embarrassing to be around”. In the present, the roles have reversed with Ekichi being skinny and his Ex being fat, which can kinda come across as the girl “getting what she deserves” though ultimately both of their arcs culminate with them accepting and loving each other regardless of how their body looks

While the final boss is defeated, a sacrifice is completed via the death of one of your friends that allows him to destroy just about the entire world aside from the area your main party is in. The only way to undo this (and your friend's death) is to create an alternate timeline where your friend group never met, effectively erasing their memories of each other, setting up the game's sequel.
