To give a little more context: the main character is frustrated and fighting with her husband. She complains that he won't have sex with her. He then grabs her and kisses her. She yells "No!" and he keeps kissing her and about a second later she reciprocates. As I watched this scene, I felt that it was overall less on the side of assault and that her saying "no" at first was because she was angry and annoyed and thought he was just kissing her because she was mad at him. The amount of struggle is very brief. Him not wanting to have sex with her is something that is alluded to and talked about as a point of frustration with her.
