Both in the anime (S2 Ep. 5) and the manga, a character is seen kicking and eventually killing a cat that another character was taking care of.
The cat is revealed to be fine, later, after it is revealed that the world that the character is currently residing in isn't real.

The police don't really show up in the manga or anime, surprisingly. None of it I would consider copaganda. There is one time I can think of near the end of S2 where a character mentions it's probably best to phone the police, though they don't end up involving them. During the scene where Shimizaki is abducting the prime minister on live television, a bunch of cops or security guards show up on stage to stop him. In chapter 100 of the manga, some cops show up to attempt to talk to one of the characters, but fails.

In addition, Reigen's disguise fails, and he is called a pervert and generally treated in a way that may be upsetting to trans/GNC viewers.

There is a panty shot of a middle school girl in the first season. Two boys falsely accuse another boy of stealing and licking girls' musical instruments. Dimple says that Tsubomi has a "nice ass." There is a flasher who exposes himself to children. There are also mentions of porn, puberty, etc.

I'm pretty sure there's only one car crash. Towards the end of the manga, (spoilers) a significant character is hit by a car and it's a major plot point. Some blood is shown.

(Ch. 100) A character is hit by a car. While the moment of impact is not seen, they are shown unconscious and bleeding after the event.

There's blood. It's not a gory show, but there are some exceptions to the rule.

A part of the Dragger's legend is dragging people underwater and drowning them. There's at least one scene where a character seems to have drowned, but is later shown to be fine.
