There surprisingly isn't a ton of blood. The only gory moment at the beginning is when the rabbit is shown at 19:45 if watching on Netflix. At the end of the movie, there is quite a bit of gore. A dead child is also shown multiple times, but there is barely any blood throughout the beginning and middle part of the movie.
