ReportLos Angeles SWAT cop Jack Traven is up against bomb expert Howard Payne, who's after major ransom money. First it's a rigged elevator in a very tall building. Then it's a rigged bus--if it slows, it will blow, bad enough any day, but a nightmare in LA traffic. And that's still not the end.

Not really, I think, but I'm answering Yes because I imagine that some scenes/clips could be triggering: 1) We see people being watched without knowing, including a woman being spotted from a distance and approached at walking speed by a man with malicious intent while her back is turned to him and the camera. I have no particular problem with stalking in movies, but I still found that scene a little creepy, the way it was filmed (from the man's perspective, the woman standing there oblivious as he's getting nearer). 2) The villain seems to be obsessed with getting revenge on one of the good guys, and apparently learns enough (though I don't remember any studying/research/surveillance being shown) about the good guy's habits to make sure that the good guy will be present for the dramatic death of someone he knows at a certain time and a certain place. Acquiring such knowledge may be - or border on - stalking, but we only see the result.

There are no children in the movie except for a group of pre-teens/early teens(?) on the street in one rather brief part of a scene.

A group of people are trapped in an elevator. A group of people are forced to stay on a speeding bus, in great danger. A woman and a man (in separate scenes) are kept under control by a villain who has a "dead man's switch" connected to a bomb that will blow them up if he lets go, and he holds one or both (?) of them close to his body with his arm(s) at the same time. A woman is handcuffed to a vertical pole so that she can't escape imminent mortal danger.

I'm not sure, because it happened so fast... A woman named Helen goes under the wheels of a bus, but she may have died a moment earlier from a very localised explosion that destroys the exact part of the bus floor she's standing on. The reason why I know that she's driven over after falling through is that a character says it afterwards - I didn't see it clearly. Answering Yes, just in case.

I wouldn't call it that; it's more like the head is knocked/ripped off the body. I'd think that a head would be squashed by that kind of impact, but it just doesn't look that's what happens here. Anyway, it happens in the blink of an eye and in a dim light (the person is almost shown as a silhouette), and we don't see the head or body afterwards. It's in the subway car roof scene towards the end of the movie, and you'll see it coming.

Depends on your tolerance level... I'm answering Yes and giving you a description of what I consider somewhat gory: One clip is pretty bad IMO, but it's very brief, so if you don't want to see someone getting their head knocked/ripped off, just close your eyes for a second during the subway car roof scene towards the end of the movie - you'll see it coming. Oh, and we also see someone being stabbed in the head through his ear (with a pen or something of about the same size and shape) - it happens much earlier on in the movie, a moment after the villain retrieves a paper from his bag to show it to the guy. It's not super graphic, especially because it's not super close up, but we do see it, and there's blood.

Technically it’s from panic not actual loss of breath but someone panicking in the elevator at the beginning says “there’s no air” and “I can’t breathe” but she is just afraid not actually struggling to breathe but it may be triggering to hear in this case

Yes, in the sense that someone's head is knocked/ripped off. Perhaps that's not part of what's meant by the question, but still... We see it happen, though it's brief and in a dim light (the person is seen almost as a silhouette). I don't remember any other broken bones.

Psychologically, yes - by the villain subjecting them to the prolonged constant threat of imminent death. At least that's how I see it, which is why I'm aswering Yes. This goes on throughout most of the movie. However, there's no physical torture (although people suffer injuries and death precisely because of the dangerous situations that threaten to kill them).

In the beginning of the movie, a group of people are in imminent danger of falling/dropping to their deaths in an elevator, and the elevator does drop some of the way several times, but they're all pulled out just before the final drop. We also see two people in the shaft (i.e. outside of the elevator cabin), which is very deep, and they could easily fall to their deaths as well, but they don't. Later on, two people are on the roof of a fast-moving subway car. One of them dies in the scene, but not from falling off the roof.

Well... Our hero risks his life to save strangers more than once, and if he had died on any of these occasions, I'd consider it self-sacrifice - but he doesn't. In all but one of the situations, he feels there's a chance that he can succeed in saving people. The time that stands out is the last one, in which he comes especially close to sacrificing himself, in that the situation isn't just dangerous but seems to be leading to certain death - and it's even more admirable, because he stays in the situation just so another person won't die alone.

Not sure... Besides all the fear and (near-)panic, there's one scene in which a character sort of goes limp out of fear and is about to let go of something that's keeping her alive, as if she's simply unable to keep her hand closed. It looks like her mind sort of goes blank for a few moments. But there's no hyperventilation, noticeable trembling or the like, so I guess there are no instances of what's clinically defined as anxiety attacks. And in any case, no one in the movie reacts strongly to situations that aren't super dangerous/stressful.

Sex is mentioned in two different scenes, both using the word "sex" and no other words related to sex. 1: "I'm gonna go home and have some sex". --- 2: "We'll just base it [future relationship] on sex, then", followed by French kissing in public (with the woman lying on top of the man, but not in a sexual position, and both of them are fully clothed). That's all.

By the cameraman, arguably - there's a brief shot of a woman's behind in a thong under her skirt as she's being pulled halfway horisontally out of an elevator. It would be quite natural for the passengers behind her to see that in that situation, but the movie didn't have to show it - and it's worth noting that her body definitely conforms to the prevailing beauty standards of our time.

Yes, and three people are shot. One person dies from it; the other two don't. One of the non-fatal shots is fired by a good guy to solve a crisis, and the person he shoots encouraged it himself. The other non-fatal shot is accidental. One person is shot maliciously in the back (several times in quick succession) by the villain and dies immediately. There's more shooting as well, with no one being hit. I hope I didn't forget anything.
