More specifically referring to disfigured people / people with scars from being burnt as "ugly". another comment said that the word "psychopath" is used to refer to a murderer, but that might be more of a translation thing because i don't recall it (i didn't read it in english). so if you are reading the official english translation i'd say watch out for that too maybe
