In season 2 episode 1 Tom swallows chewing tobacco and says he doesn't feel good and vomits offscreen but there are noises, in the same episode Ron is told he needs to 'purge' after mixing alcohol with pain medication.

!SPOILER! During lil' Sebastian's funeral, Gary/Jerry/Larry/Terry puts gasoline instead of lighter fluid in the eternal flame and when Ron lights it, his facial hair gets burned off.

One character violently verbally and sometimes physically assaults her ex-husband in an attempt to get him to sleep with her/return to her. It is heavily played for laughs but could still be upsetting to some viewers

On the radio show "Crazy Ira and the Douche" they make racist and sexist jokes. Many people assume Tom is an immigrant because he isn't white. Milton asks Tom if he is Chinese as if he thinks it's a bad thing. Leslie does a racist thing to the local Native American people (the Wamapoke) but is forgiven by the chief, Ken. There are also lots of stereotypes about Native Americans, including that they're violent, the "built on an Indian burial ground" trope, and Ken owns the Wamapoke Casino.
