It's mentioned that Ron's first wife knew him since he was born and started dating him when he was fifteen, which has implications of child grooming.

Jerry gets gaslit sometimes, mostly getting blamed for things he didn't do until he takes responsibility. It's played for laughs. In S6E17 April briefly mentions in high school that she spent her time "hiding mops so the janitor would think he was going insane."

One character violently verbally and sometimes physically assaults her ex-husband in an attempt to get him to sleep with her/return to her. It is heavily played for laughs but could still be upsetting to some viewers

To clarify, he doesn't really pull his tooth out but makes it seem that way to disgust his coworkers. It was already a removed tooth.

S3E16: A large fireball from a torch blows up in Ron's face. We see Ron and the fire from behind at a distance and without any detail; we later see he's fine except for some facial hair burning off.

S7E9 shows a character's head in a vice with the intent to make his eyes bulge. It's played for laughs and he doesn't appear to be in pain.

in one episode, a homeless character is (very briefly) stuck in his tent with a lot of dirt poured over him. this is meant to be very lighthearted.

S7E2 does have a character's abusive girlfriend force him to only eat steak and drink whisky in order to make him more like her ex-husband, even though it makes him sick. This might be triggering to some people.

The show is filmed in handheld documentary-style, so the camera is always slightly moving, only a few scenes have the camera move rapidly though.

It’s a mockumentary, so there are many cuts to characters talking to the camera like an interview. There are also scenes where characters (mostly Ben) glance towards the camera for comedic effect

On the radio show "Crazy Ira and the Douche" they make racist and sexist jokes. Many people assume Tom is an immigrant because he isn't white. Milton asks Tom if he is Chinese as if he thinks it's a bad thing. Leslie does a racist thing to the local Native American people (the Wamapoke) but is forgiven by the chief, Ken. There are also lots of stereotypes about Native Americans, including that they're violent, the "built on an Indian burial ground" trope, and Ken owns the Wamapoke Casino.

Milton grabs Leslie's chest when he has a heart attack and falls, and in another episode he tries to convince Leslie to kiss him. Tom sexually harasses women.

Tom’s finger gets hit by a bowling ball (not graphic and barely even seen), and he reacts exaggeratedly. I don’t think he actually cries, but Ann and Ron comment about his reaction. Ann says that he is acting like a “female bird” aka Tweety Bird
