Jerry gets gaslit sometimes, mostly getting blamed for things he didn't do until he takes responsibility. It's played for laughs. In S6E17 April briefly mentions in high school that she spent her time "hiding mops so the janitor would think he was going insane."

One character violently verbally and sometimes physically assaults her ex-husband in an attempt to get him to sleep with her/return to her. It is heavily played for laughs but could still be upsetting to some viewers

Somewhat.
Jerry is seen choking on a cracker when Chris and Ann are trying to have an emotional moment.
He doesn’t incur any injury from it and it is played comically

S7E2 does have a character's abusive girlfriend force him to only eat steak and drink whisky in order to make him more like her ex-husband, even though it makes him sick. This might be triggering to some people.

A comedic theme in the show is the misunderstanding and subsequent misrepresentation of various minority groups by the main characters. The jokes are generally at the expense of the characters making the misrepresentations.
There is some odd ‘representation’ of queer and polyamorous relationships early in the show when April is apparently dating a gay guy who himself is dating another man. It’s seems to be joking about the absurdity of the relationship in relation to the characters’ sexualities.

On the radio show "Crazy Ira and the Douche" they make racist and sexist jokes. Many people assume Tom is an immigrant because he isn't white. Milton asks Tom if he is Chinese as if he thinks it's a bad thing. Leslie does a racist thing to the local Native American people (the Wamapoke) but is forgiven by the chief, Ken. There are also lots of stereotypes about Native Americans, including that they're violent, the "built on an Indian burial ground" trope, and Ken owns the Wamapoke Casino.

One regular couple on the show starts dating at ages 20 and 29. The older man is worried about this and the woman states that she doesn’t care. The younger woman is usually the more dominant one in the relationship. Another older character mentions that one of his ex wives started dating him when he was 15 after having helped deliver him the hospital and been his babysitter. This relationship was stated to be abusive, and she later returns to harass him onscreen
