Palpatine manipulates Anakin skywalker several times in the movie, and it is implied that he has been doing so since Anakin was 12. Their relationship is one of the most explicit examples of grooming in modern children's media, in my opinion

There are no spiders in the foreground. However, there is a large one in the background on the planet of Utapau. This took me many times of watching it to notice it, so it should be safe for arachnophobes to watch.

Another comment says mustafarians are big like people. I do not recall any of them being shown. In addition, general grievous is just a cyborg that has 2 arms, but can split his arms into 4. Grievous doesn’t really look like a spider (in my opinion, and I have arachnophobia, he has never triggered me).

The film has very little gore in it and the scene where Obi-Wan exposes and burns General Grievous' bloodless alien heart probably isn't the most excessive instance of it. That honor goes to Anakin Skywalker burning on Mustafar, which exposes bloody flesh and leaves fairly nongraphic charring on him. More excessive than the imagery is Anakin's pained screaming when he is on an operating table, although no gory procedure is shown.

I am personally not affected by flashing lights so I don’t know exactly what it takes to trigger those who are, but I think fast paced lightsaber fights (lightsabers’ “blades” are basically light) might trigger some due to the fast movement of the light-blades.
