At the start of the movie Oswald grabs onto a cat and fights it, you never see it coming out of the cage so it can be assumed that it was killed.

YES, there is a big snake (a boa, I think), in several scenes. However, it's so non-prominent that my co-watcher (and apparently many others) didn't notice it. It does nothing but hang lazily on a woman in Penguin's posse.

A married couple keep their baby son in a lidded crate with air holes instead of a cradle because he's abnormal and apparently more or less dangerous, at least to cats (it's The Penguin). They proceed to kill him (or so they think) by throwing his bassinet in the river with him inside.

We see a close-up of a cat chewing on a woman's finger (still attached to the woman). Also, Penguin's "flipper hands" may bother some just by looking the way they do.

No cannibalism specifically, but a pack of cats start to eat Selina’s body before she revives.

The Penguin is dumped in a river as a baby, but he survives. Later, he attempts to abduct and murder the firstborn sons of Gotham in revenge, but he’s stopped by Batman.

The Penguin tries to kidnap Max Schrek's son Chip ,but Max gives himself up to go in his place since at the end of the day Chip has nothing to do with the grudge. The act is not lethal in itself, but it indirectly leads to his death

Yes, the middle-aged father of an adult son is murdered. But he's a bad guy, so it's okay. :D Side note: No sick, suffering or dying old people in the movie.

Selina destroys a dollhouse and shoves plushies down a garbage disposal. They belong to her, however; not a child.

The Penguin bites someone in a rather jarring scene, and the unexpected nature could count as a jump scare.

A woman drinks milk sloppily from a carton during a mental breakdown. Catwoman licks Batman on the mouth. A characters' death includes black gore streaming from his mouth.

Catwoman Claws are crudely fashioned out of sewing needles. She claws a thug's face, and punctures batman's side.

Catwoman's breakdown involves her destroying her things. Is violent throughout the movie, but in a more lucid state.

This one is tricky... We see Catwoman electrocuting herself and a man together, both of them disappearing in a rain of sparks. Afterwards, we see him lying very, very dead, whereas her body is missing. Shortly thereafter she turns out to be alive and seemingly well. Maybe she didn't die, or maybe she died and came back to life, like she did when she became Catwoman.

Yes, but not on-screen. It's in the beginning of the movie, and hardly a happy affair, since people in the room scream with horror at the sight of the newborn's misshapenness (it's The Penguin). We only hear the screams, and we don't see the baby at any point.

The Penguin was born with various physical malformations, which cause his parents to try to drown him as an infant. Throughout the movie we are supposed to be disgusted with his appearance. His attempts to garner sympathy from the Gotham residents is portrayed as obviously duplicitous.
