Trey's parents could be labeled as emotionally abusive. S2E3 is the most direct episode with this (see abusive parents section). There is nothing very explicit though. All moments are short and this is a kid's show so everything is quite PG. There is zero physical violence.

Barbie is scared of spiders. A small purpleish-black spider is very briefly shown on the rope she is walking on just after the flock of geese comment (around 5:15 or backwards Netflix time of 17:32) and causes her to fall when she notices it. There is also a short backstory to why she is scared of spiders that follows after. It's all stick-like figures drawn in black and white; it does show a spider but a very simplistic drawning. A spider fell out of a tree near her face when she was kid. Skip to 16:53 backwards/Netflix time if you want to skip the backstory as well.
Backwards/Netflix time 4:34 to 4:18 there is a fake spider that is used to startle Barbie during the competition. Barbie gets briefly scared by it, but then overcomes it when she hears Tammy say she should quit. She slings the rope to fling the fake spider at Tammy instead, which causes Tammy to fall. The fake spider is larger and noticeable, but still a tad cartoonish.

It's not played as a joke, but Ken does dress up in a dress and wig (top of a mop) to be a "roof fairy". He is helping Barbie and the sisters encourage Chelsea's imagination. Nobody jokes about his appearance and instead are grateful for the help.

Yes. There are fleas in this episode. They are NOT shown up close. They literally look like dust or sand. There are however a lot of them and some characters have them collected in jars to purposely dump and infect the neighborhood animals.

Not drastically, however in the mermaid episodes S3E7 and S3E8, Teresa uses more Spanish than she does in other episodes. For example, instead of saying of course like everyone else she says claro. Renee is also shown to be a minority (visits family in China), yet the show never has her speak Chinese randomly. I would say it's a bit sterotypical, the whole 'we have to show they're Hispanic by having them randomly say a single word in Spanish every so often' kinda thing.

Trey's parents are arguably a bit abusive towards him, at least verbally/emotionally. Trey also models this behavior towards Barbie at times (calling her weird, bullying her and friends a bit during S2 beach episode) teases Chelsea in putts for pups episode, and is a bit manipulative towards the Roberts family at times (lying, asking Barbie to do many chores, etc.).

Barbie worries a lot about if her little sister can handle babysitting and thinks up some anxious scenarios. I would say it's more an overall anxiety rather than an anxiety attack.

Yes. The Reardons occasionally spy on the Roberts family (such as watching a dog wash in S3E9). It's in a very comical manner.

Maybe? Barbie talks directly to the screen as a kind of youtuber format at the beginning and end of each episode, sometimes in between. It's not necessarily breaking the forth wall, since it's supposed to be like she is an influencer in her world and we're watching her clips and parts of her life, but it does have the "talk to the screen" element of breaking the forth wall.

The Reardon mother dramatically falls over sometimes when surprised by things she dislikes (the idea of wrinkles in a shirt for example). It's very much played as a joke.

Trey fakes being injured and blames one of the sisters for the accident happening. They all believe him for a while and the person "responsible" feels terrible about it. The truth is uncovered towards the end of the episode.
(I would say the ending of the episode makes this a bit more light hearted and Trey does have a moment of karma over it).

There is a very very short scene of the Roberts family visiting Trey in the hospital. He has some casts on. It's shown for a moment as a photo. It is towards the end during the end episode talk Barbie gives.

Trey's parents could arguably be called emotionally abusive (and slightly verbally, but they never call him any cuss words. They do raise their voice at times and say hurtful things). At one point Barbie comments that "his parents don't treat him much better than [a horse they were trying to get rid of]". They also tell Trey he would be "useless" at riding a horse (though they haven't even let him try). S2E3 is where these comments came from.
There's other little things throughout (such as sending him do tasks for them (including stealing) and yelling at him on the phone to hurry up - S3E6).

There is talk of selling/giving up a horse. It's also mentioned that the owners of this horse never come by the stable to see the horse or ride it.
The horse is cared for by the stable and does get taken out and riden by others, so it's not in neglectful conditions.

No. However Barbie and Trey get stuck out on a very small hill with rising tide. There is mentions of the water being above where they are standing if they don't find a way out. No one drowns. Trey does fall in the water at one point.
MILD SPOILERS: Trey can't swim, so they do stay stranded on the small bit of land for a bit, while working out what to do. When Trey falls in the water he is quickly helped (happens during their rescue so he is safe).
