A woman finds a VHS tape on her doorstep that shows a series of gruesome tales that could be real. But the true danger is the pumpkin-faced killer that's using the tape to find his next victim.
In the segment “Alexia,” we can assume the ex-girlfriend committed suicide via mutilating her wrists. In “Mr Tricker’s Treat,” a victim is hanged via noose.
One of the neighbours in “The Last Halloween” is depicted as a madman, and the main character later eludes to this. In “Mr Tricker’s Treat,” Mr Tricker is also depicted as insane.
Implied - a child shows off a bruise in front of his father then proceeds to kill him while repeating abusive words, most likely quotes from the parent.
Hard to say. The segment “Alexia” is not subtitled. It can be taken either that he is cheating on his girlfriend, or has moved on and she seeks revenge.
• Child death in “Jack Attack.” • Husband and wife death on screen, infant child death insinuated in “The Last Halloween.” • Adult son death in “The Offering.” • Father death in “M-sochist.” • Mother death on screen, father death insinuated in “A Boy’s Life.”
