The entire franchise infamously has a strange penchant for putting characters in straightjackets as much as possible. There is also a somewhat uncomfortable scene where a character holds another to the ground while forcing his head upward as his mind is rearranged by his abusive father.

There might be no close ups, but technically when there was a mountain slide that buried multiple minor characters who were soldiers, a lot of people had their heads squashed. (Spoilers) The death of one of his friend’s father begins an arc of Lelouch exploring a deep guilt soon after.

Various soldiers fight for the Britannian army which has taken over the world in this alternative history (where various countries taken over by the UK never earned back their freedom, such as the US or India.) and various rebels try to attack them. In addition to a lot of minor characters, some major characters get injured as well.

Besides the infamous masturbation scene, which doesn't sexualize the character in question per se but does depict her engaging in a sexual activity, the first season is pretty tame and by the second season any characters that might be sexualized are already 18. There is, however, an abundance of nudity.

In Season 1 Ep 16, a main character kills their own father in a flashback. This is an important scene that is referenced several times. In Season 2 Ep 21, a main character inadvertently causes the 'deaths' of both of his parents, causing them to fade away into sparkles in an alternate dimension. In the series finale, a girl has to watch her own brother die in a very distressing scene. (On a side note, who is voting no on these? Did you people watch the show?)

Lelouch's Geass power can be seen as possession, as the person it targets must act in accordance to what he says. You only really see the painful, conscious resistance on people in episode 22, where the person REALLY doesn't want to do what he says but after some struggling is fully devoted to carrying it out.

There are multiple scenes in the series (including in the first episodes of both seasons) where Lelouch orders other people to commit suicide. C.C also commits suicide at some points, but she is immortal and comes back every time.

Yes, suicide is reoccurring theme in the show. One of the major characters is characterized by being passively suicidal to the point of needing to be literally forced to live. A character threatens to blow herself up. The protagonist makes an (albeit false) suicide threat during a conversation. Another major character's ultimate goal is to end her life. A minor character tries to shoot the protagonist and then herself so that they can make up "for their sins." Several deaths are arranged to look like suicides and forcing characters to commit suicidal acts via mind control is pretty much a constant. In some ways, the climax of the show can also be considered a suicidal act.

No characters stated to be queer die, including a man who is implied to be in a homosexual relationship who is also a war criminal to an insane extent, and you would imagine would be punished for his actions. A major character with an ambiguous sexuality does die.

A child is forced into a political marriage with an adult man, although she is rescued. Unfortunately, another young character makes continuous comments about the same girl's adult protector being in love with her, although this is never expressed by the character himself. An 18 year old character is engaged to a 29 year old character, but he is entirely uninterested in her and is stated to either be asexaul or homosexual. The worst he does is call her "honeybunch" once. An adult character also kisses an 18 year old while disguised as her 18 year old classmate, under the impression that it would be in character.

To an extent, the idea of God is a repeated theme, although "not in the way you're thinking."

No incestuous relationships, but the Brittanian royal siblings can get a little too close for comfort at times, and tell stories of having wanted to marry each other when they were younger

There's a good bit of nudity and an infamous masturbation scene.

Several instances of female characters' bare breasts being shown. There are other instances of nudity as well but it is censored in those cases.

An adult character is placed in an objectifying situation by her students for an event. A group of scantily clad students pose suggestively in front of a body double of the protagonist in order to tempt him. A relatively minor character is creepy towards one of her classmates in a couple of scenes. A character has a sexually parasocial relationship towards another character, who is completely unaware of it. A major character is often placed in revealing situations. Although typically by pure accident, she has to wear a revealing bunny girl costume for a mission, which she complains about after the fact, implying that another character put her in that situation unnecessarily on purpose, although she does not outright imply that she did so for her own gratification.

A character has a chronic condition involving an extremely weak heart, of which he ultimately dies. The protagonist's sister is paralyzed from the waist down and functionally blind for most of the show.

(Spoilers) There are several instances, most notably: A character commits a mass shooting against a particular people-group against their own will. Another character is gunned down by military police with several hundred shots.
