There are a few times where tension is abruptly broken, for example a person looks dead but then suddenly opens their eyes and gasps loudly. I don't have much of a jump reflex for such scenes but I imagine that for folks who do, these moments would count as jumpscares.

In S4E5, Himmler coughs pretty badly in a way that might be a little triggering to those with severe emetophobia, but it -is- just coughing.
S4E8 @31:50-32:02 A man swallows something that makes him choke and foam at the mouth. It's not v* but it could be triggering. If you want to mute and look away, the dialogue you'd miss is the woman saying to him: "Spit it out! Talk to me or you'll die blind! Where are the others?" Then you'd hear the next scene starting, with Helen asking "Why are you telling me this?" After that, it's safe.
