In S4E5, Himmler coughs pretty badly in a way that might be a little triggering to those with severe emetophobia, but it -is- just coughing.

If you want to mute and look away, the dialogue you'd miss is the woman saying to him: "Spit it out! Talk to me or you'll die blind! Where are the others?" Then you'd hear the next scene starting, with Helen asking "Why are you telling me this?" After that, it's safe.
