Not jokes really. A man gets taken advantage of by a woman and the jokes are mainly focused around his virginity rather than consent.

….kind of depends on who you ask. There’s no canonically confirmed autistic characters ,but there is a lot to be read into regarding the Amar’s geekiness being read as not being conventionally attractive and often played for laughs. On the other hand their arcs aren’t about discarding said hobbies either so YMMV

Tsukimi genuinely thinks Kuranosuke is a girl when they first meet and is slightly horrified when she learns the truth (although granted that might be more due to a fear of men than overt transphobia). Although Kuranosuke sometimes conceals his true gender on purpose such as with the other Amars

There’s at least one parental death that occurs before the series but isn’t LGBT+ as far as we know. This is also a series that may not have any confirmed queer characters but oozes LGBTQ subtext from Kuranosuke’s gender identity/presentation to how you could read Tsukimi as bisexual due to her possibly having a crush on Kuranosuke before his gender identity is made clear
