A cat gets dehydrated into a blue cube and rehydrates back into a cat in the rain. It doesn’t get hurt, but does make the traditional cat-in-a-movie yowl.

In Megamind's lair. They don't harm anyone, though.

I wouldn’t say abandoned. He was sent to safety alone without his parents as his planet fell into a star.

Hal (unsuccessfully) attempts to make Roxanne question her own decisions by saying she's "been through a traumatic experience"

One of the film's characters is really weird/creepy towards the female lead, at one point becoming possessive and angry.

He is outed as a child so he becomes a supervillain, so you could count that.

It's played for laughs and implied that this has happened so many times that she doesn't believe she's in any actual danger

Spoiler

The main character is an alien and due to some part of the plot, he transforms himself into a human. In his human form he begins to date the main woman character, so leading a double life. At a restaurant, they kiss each other, but his device that turns him into a human breaks, and he transforms back into an alien mid kiss. The woman opens her eyes and is horrified at being deceived. So I would count this as assault because of this, it’s assault by deceit

Early in the film, Minion and Megamind knock out Roxanne in order to kidnap her. Later on, they do the same thing to a different character.

Roxanne gets captured and Megamind displays many ways in which he could torture her, but she is not afraid, and he doesn’t actually use any of them.

Megamind’s parents are killed in a nebulous way when their planet blows up (just like Superman) and they send him away.

There is, technically; it’s made pretty explicitly clear that it’s really only the characters playing into their ‘designated roles’ (it is, to be honest, a pretty satirical take on superhero films) and it’s obvious there are no sinister motivations or ulterior motives.

Quite the opposite, the cops are depicted as being incompetent as they're too used to their city's hero doing all the work for them.

There is a set-up to Megamind's friend (an otherwise masculine alien fish) dressing in pink frilly clothes and a wig that appears to be a setup to a "man in a dress" joke that doesn't happen when Megamind compliments him genuinely. It's *chefkiss*.

The villain spoils some magic for kids. They try to mitigate it by inserting something real, so you don't know if he's really spoiling or just "full-of-beans" but it skates the line pretty closely!
Titan: "You're so naive, Roxy. You see the good in everyone, even when it's not there. You're living a fantasy. There is no Easter Bunny. There is no Tooth Fairy. There is no Queen of England. This is the real world, and you need to wake up!"

While it isn’t a plane, two space pod-type aircrafts crash (one slides neatly under a Christmas tree, the other crash lands into a prison yard)

There is a significantly large explosion early in the movie caused by a "death ray", but otherwise nothing close to a nuclear explosion.
