A cat gets dehydrated into a blue cube and rehydrates back into a cat in the rain. It doesn’t get hurt, but does make the traditional cat-in-a-movie yowl.

The fish-type alien pretends to die near the end of the movie, but is fine.

A spider descends in front of Roxanne, and she blows in onto Megamind’s eyeball.

One of the film's characters is really weird/creepy towards the female lead, at one point becoming possessive and angry.

a child grows up in less than ideal conditions, is bullied at school and the teacher doesn’t even try to help

You might consider Megamind's "space dad" lie as an attempt at gaslighting hal. This is the most mild and loose definition of gaslighting, but I still feel it's worth noting

It's played for laughs and implied that this has happened so many times that she doesn't believe she's in any actual danger

A billboard with a picture of Metroman smiling gets smashed through right where his teeth are. Only in frame for about one second.

A spider lands on Megamind’s eye, and he complains of a bite, though it’s implied that he’s only faking the bite.

Roxanne gets captured and Megamind displays many ways in which he could torture her, but she is not afraid, and he doesn’t actually use any of them.

Although no one actually dies, the movie actually opens with a comment about “oh, yes. I’m falling to my death.”

There is, technically; it’s made pretty explicitly clear that it’s really only the characters playing into their ‘designated roles’ (it is, to be honest, a pretty satirical take on superhero films) and it’s obvious there are no sinister motivations or ulterior motives.

Megamind hits an escape button while in his mecha-suit and it fires him out of the back of the suit with smoke and sound.

Quite the opposite, the cops are depicted as being incompetent as they're too used to their city's hero doing all the work for them.

the main character does occasionally narrate over a scene B-roll style, and is usually talking to the audience when doing so

Megamind is shown being picked last in games, the joke being that he is picked after a kid with crossed eyes and crutches.

There is a set-up to Megamind's friend (an otherwise masculine alien fish) dressing in pink frilly clothes and a wig that appears to be a setup to a "man in a dress" joke that doesn't happen when Megamind compliments him genuinely. It's *chefkiss*.

No, but the main character is repeatedly ridiculed by the other kids for similar things as a child

The villain spoils some magic for kids. They try to mitigate it by inserting something real, so you don't know if he's really spoiling or just "full-of-beans" but it skates the line pretty closely! Titan: "You're so naive, Roxy. You see the good in everyone, even when it's not there. You're living a fantasy. There is no Easter Bunny. There is no Tooth Fairy. There is no Queen of England. This is the real world, and you need to wake up!"

While it isn’t a plane, two space pod-type aircrafts crash (one slides neatly under a Christmas tree, the other crash lands into a prison yard)

There is a significantly large explosion early in the movie caused by a "death ray", but otherwise nothing close to a nuclear explosion.
