It’s implied during the prologue that the protagonist was abandoned by his father, though the action takes place well after this would have happened.

Historically speaking, yes Maria Reynolds was manipulated and abused so James Reynolds could use her body for money but it's not very present in the move except with the line "My Husband's doin' me wrong, Beatin' me, Cheatin' me, Mistreating me"

the song "say no to this" involves maria and alexander singing the word "yes" in a way that's meant to sound like moaning. the choreo for this scene involves maria sitting on alexander's lap in a way that's meant to make it clear the two are "havig sex". maria is technically consenting, but it's revealed not long after that her husband is pimping her out.

It should be noted that many argue Maria Reynolds was basically forced to seduce Alexander by her husband so James Reynolds could blackmail Hamilton. The scene in the movie is her seducing him.

Kinda? During "The World Was Wide Enough," Hamilton has what can be described as a panic attack before getting shot, and he keeps mentioning the "other side" where the plot relevant dead characters are (Ham's mother, Laurens, Washington, and Phillip) but this only affects Hamilton himself.

Minorities are not specifically misrepresented, but there is revisionism around Hamilton. While he was generally anti-slavery, he directly profited from it, which is not brought up.

Everyone in the show is POC (at least the main cast), so any deaths of black people are not because of brutality or racism.

Historical age gaps: Maria Reynolds was ~10 years younger than Alexander Hamilton. Sally Hemmings was 30 years younger than Thomas Jefferson.

Not shown on screen but one of Mulligan's lines during Aaron Burr, Sir is as follows. "Lock up your daughters and horses, of course, it's hard to have intercourse under four sets of corsets." Laurens shuts that s**t down real quick.

It's only suggested, never presented as actual fact, and in any case, he's not biologically related to his sister-in-law! Therefore, no incest! There is adultery, but that's another story!

There is implied sexual content, but no clothing is removed, and no sexual content happens in view. It is mostly just described in song and heavily implied.

Several characters talk about each other in sexual ways but it is consensual, and the characters are fleshed out.

Depending on who you ask, Alexander's rambling during "The World Was Wide Enough" could be seen as such, especially when he starts talking about legacies.

While, it's not very explicit in the song Hurricane, the line "I didn't drown I couldn't seem to die" is said and Historically speaking no one knows for sure that any one died in the Hurricane but it's speculated people did

There are 3 duels and some depictions of battle. Someone is shot in each duel and 2 people die, including someone's teenage son and a father.
