Hard to say. We don't see all-out sexual acts, but the assailant's behaviour is sexually charged. He cuts his constrained victim's blouse open, he caresses her hair and face, and his voice, facial expressions and body language have a creepily intimate "tone". He may have sexually assaulted another person off-camera - we know that he did horrible things to her while she was on a bed, but technically we don't know exactly what those things were.
