Most of not all the characters are anthropomorphic sea creatures so while they are animals, they're all mostly very humanoid looking

Many of the characters in the game are seeing smoking, such as Idate and Seguro. The delivery bird, Nekoyama, as gets high off of a fictional type of fruit called "Star Fruit".

there is a scene where a gathering/event happens and chlomaki, at least, gets really drunk. its nothing super graphic or upsetting, but its there. i could be inaccurate on this as i havent played in ages, but throughout this artist's content shes implied to be alcoholic anyway.

Many of the enemies you fight are animals, or are personified animals. In certain endings, some of Wadanohara's animal familiars die.

Something worthy of noting: there are some bug enemies, and a cameo from a personified Earwig, however these are the only times bugs appear in the game.

While not shown, there is a scene where it's highly implied that a character is being raped. It is mainly portrayed through the text box with uneasy music (no voice acting and is easy to skip if you keysmash the space key)

It should be noted that there are very realistic eyes present in the Red Sea portions of the game, and players should be cautious when playing if they are sensitive to eye horror. These occur in any type of playthough, and cannot be avoided, unless you have gotten the first bad ending (Labeled, "Sea Monster").

In the second bad ending (Labeled, "Betrayal"), Wadanohara's youngest familiars, Memoca and Dolphi, are murdered by Wadanohara's octopus familiar, Fukami. Wadanohara also is killed by Fukami in this ending. She is also killed in the first bad ending (Labeled, "Sea Monster"). She is eaten by an orca whale enemy, named Idate (though he is not called that in the game). In the second normal ending (Labeled "The Blue Sea Witch Ending"), Wadanohara gives up her own life in order to save the sea.

In a bonus video, Wadanohara is possessed by a character named Met, from another series made by the same creator. This scene is not part of the actual gameplay, and is played off as a joke.

During the events leading up to the True Ending (the happiest ending in the game, and the most canonical one), Wadanohara is stabbed with the Sacred Sword, by Sal, the main antagonist. She begins to vomit blood as Sal flees to the true Red Sea, and Samekichi holds Wadanohara in his arms.

In the second normal ending (Labeled "The Blue Sea Witch Ending"), Wadanohara gives up her life in order to save the sea, and it is considered a suicide. Her father, Meikai, had done the same thing before she was born.

FWIW the official art doesn't seem to be poking fun at trans/gnc people so much as the art is fanservice for people who are interested in seeing characters crossdress.

none in watgbs specifically, but this artist's content does have incestuous stuff in it, more of it romanticized than not, if im being honest. if u have incest trauma i dont recommend following her.

There are 5 endings in Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea, and only one of them is considered a "happy ending". In the other four endings, Wadanohara is either:
Is eaten, is betrayed and murdered, joins the villains after being brainwashed, or sacrifices herself to save the sea.

In the game there is heavy amounts of blood and gore. The most note-worthy example is during the Red Sea portions of the game. During this section, Wadanohara has a nightmare, where her house is filled with blood, and her friends and familiars have been violently murdered. There is blood in earlier portions of the game as well.
