Some episodes 49 (?) through 63 have references and depictions of gaslighting as a character is manipulated into a relationship. The main characters and most others call it out and do their best to keep the victim safe, and it is resolved by episode 63 as the character gets out of the relationship. It includes general depictions and discussions of emotional abuse and manipulation.
A large part of the show's premise is about a town in the midst of supernatural entities. There are several ghosts throughout the podcast, beginning in the very first episode.
SPOILERS. In the second half of Episode 75 (especially from 40:20-44:30) there is a lot of suicidal ideation. A main character wishes he was "gone" and (non-graphically) discusses attempts he's wanted to make, such as trying to throw himself into the [literal] void. As this takes place with him away from friends, refusing to go to them, and with apologies and goodbyes, it makes the conversation sound like a s--cide note. He does NOT die and is in recovery, but this part of the episode may be triggering nonetheless.
In Episode 84: Red Comforter, there is no explicit misgendering but there is a discussion where a character doesn't know the term non-binary. It is dealt with respectfully and he is ultimately more informed about the concept by the end of it. This podcast is really great when it comes to dealing with LGBT concepts respectfully.

although there aren't any slurs or direct hate speech used, in episodes 68 and 73 comments that could be viewed as homophobic are made.
MAJOR SPOILERS:
There is not an explicit death but there is an attempted suicide by one major LGBT character and a disappearance from another. These events are a major part of the plot of the second half of the podcast.
It is humorously handled and nothing explicit but the characters "The Williams Boys" and "The Dirt" make sexual jokes and engage in pre-sexual discussions about what they would 'do to each other. This is most prominent in Episode 57: Bonnie and Clyde 2017.
In Episode Sixteen: Santa Claus Ain't Coming to Town, there is discussion of Santa. From memory there is no explicit spoiling of Santa but just in case, it would be wise to avoid. Ultimately it is not a vital episode to listen to for plot reasons.
