Well... Someone comically goes through a whole series of extremely quickly passing symptoms (maybe a couple of seconds each) after being poisoned, while someone else names the symptoms. The poisoned person says something like, "Do I look fat?", and the other person says a variant of "body dysmorphia", ticking it off his mental list like the other symptoms.
