There's a LOT of sexual assault throughout the book, but one particularly graphic scene towards the end where a gang of women rapes a man.

One character is intruduced to the reader while inside a cupboard, iirc, and mentions she has been shoved in the cupboard in the past. She can get out easily, and escapes fairly quickly. The cupboard itself is not described much

I believe a body hanging in a tree is a minor incident in the story, I don’t recall any specific reference to if that is how the person died

A pregnant woman is heavily implied to die, but it happens offscreen, and I dont think that counts as miscarring, anyways.

It is mentioned in passing that the power can cause issues during labor, due to the heightened emotions and stress causing nurses to be thrown back by the mother during contractions. It isn't put into detail

There is a lot of sexual assult in this book. There were attempted rapes of at least two of the main characters while the book is in their pov, and one of the main characters was repeatedly sexually assulted in the past. The book mentions people being raped both on and off screen, you read a bit about women who were held in sexual slavery, and one of the main characters is traumatized (though the book doesn't say it specifically) by a sexual assault. If sexual assault is a no-go for you, DO NOT read this book. Seriously, there is a lot of it. I'm not even done yet and I've lost count of how often its mentioned in passing. It should be noted its never presented as a good thing, but still. Its a lot.

No, but if someone who believes in Santa reads this book then you're going to have some far more uncomfortable questions to answer than if he's real.

There is a lot of fighting in this book, a lot of violence. Attacks involving women's power are common, so be prepared for descriptions of electricutions and scars left by said electricutions

Plenty of guns are owned, and at least one side character dies from a bullet. It's fair to assume more die offscreen

A pregnant woman has her leg trapped under rubble after a bomb goes off. She is hurt, but alive, until a fire starts and the character whose pov we're in is forced to flee. Its implied the woman died in the flames.

A background character gets seizures having to do with her electricity not flowing correctly, or something similar to that. Allie heals her of this, and it isn't mentioned again afterwards. She isn't a major character, and the seizures aren't shown from her point of view.
