It only looks like water coming from a spray hose and is very over-exaggerated, but if this is something that triggers you (it did bother me) then skip ahead to 14:30 when you see the a slow-motion close-up of Sonny smiling and fluttering her eyelashes. They also show an imagine of the v* happening on the front of a magazine cover repeatedly throughout the episode.
