Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that's Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called "Forky" to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.

woody is a sheriff, and some toys take note of it and praise him highly for it, as well as him being a hero in a lot of scenarios. not sure if it’s entirely copaganda, but worth noting!
depends on definition, but a character who cannot speak correctly and has a damaged voice box believes that no one will ever love her due to this "flaw" and goes to extreme measures harming other characters to fix it
Forky, one of the main characters, is created by the child out of trash and continually attempts to "throw himself away." Although the other toys try to convince him that he is a toy, he only sees himself as trash and wants to rejoin the trash because "it's warm". There are no suicide attempts, but parallels could easily be drawn.
