In Season 1, one of the main plot points is how the main character navigates her relationship and her reputation at school after she cheats on her boyfriend. She did initially think he was cheating on her, as he was messaging his ex girlfriend, but he had context that cleared him, which she found out later. She does not confess that she cheated, and he finds out on his own.
In Season 2, while not cheating by definition, one character is very much romantically interested in the main character and tries to pursue her whilst he is in a sexual relationship with another girl. While not officially a relationship and he does not view it as such, she does, and he knows that she feels that way.

She exercises obsessively, messes with her food, eats cotton to sate hunger. It is also shown off screen that she purges her food. It is a minor theme in season 1 and a prevalent theme in season 2. Not graphic by any means but could be distressing to people very triggered by that kind of content.

Additionally, he comes out to the main character, who is a little harmful with language at first, however it comes from a place of genuine confusion and not malice.
