The main character in this season is frequently shown smoking marijuana. It's not stated or discussed, but it is heavily implied he has some kind of dependency, as he smokes especially frequently when he experiences symptoms of depression.

Does someone cheat?

In Season 1, one of the main plot points is how the main character navigates her relationship and her reputation at school after she cheats on her boyfriend. She did initially think he was cheating on her, as he was messaging his ex girlfriend, but he had context that cleared him, which she found out later. She does not confess that she cheated, and he finds out on his own.
In Season 2, while not cheating by definition, one character is very much romantically interested in the main character and tries to pursue her whilst he is in a sexual relationship with another girl. While not officially a relationship and he does not view it as such, she does, and he knows that she feels that way.
In Season 3, the main character cheats on his girlfriend when he kisses another person and pursues said person romantically. Eventually they break up. This person also has a girl who is romantically interested in them but it is not a relationship by any means.

An important character has an eating disorder that is very obvious by the way she talks about herself and the things she does. She exercises obsessively, messes with her food, eats cotton to sate hunger. It is also shown off screen that she purges her food. It is a minor theme in season 1 and a prevalent theme in season 2. Not graphic by any means but could be distressing to people very triggered by that kind of content.

An important (transgender) character is misgendered by his gym teacher and videos of the interactions are spread around school, effectively outing him. Additionally, he comes out to the main character, who is a little harmful with language at first, however it comes from a place of genuine confusion and not malice. Said main character is educated and extremely supportive going forward. The transgender character is also shown having a strong support team from his friends, partner and sister after he is outed.

Main character in this season has her drink spiked, and the man who spiked her takes photos of her from a compromising angle. It is absolutely sexually motivated and he seems to be getting pleasure from it, but no nudity is shown. For the rest of the season her plotline focuses on the recovery from this event.
