The story implies that Aubrey's parents were burned alive, although we are not told explicitly whether this is the case

While there are ghosts, they are part of the natural life cycle for many of the non-human characters in the show, and do not seem to be able to posses people or have special powers. There is one human ghost, who is a very minor character and generally very goofy

In Episode 26 around 65 minutes in, Clint/Ned is hiding in a hotel room and keeps a manager from coming in by saying he's "covered in v*" and fakes retching noises to scare him away. You as the audience know Clint is acting and Ned is lying, but sounds are made.

Characters are repeatedly shown recovering from injuries in hospital beds but no in-depth medical treatments take place there.

I wouldn't say so, but one could maybe argue that Agent Stern is kinda gaslighted?? I mean, everyone lies to him about the thing that matters the most to him. I wouldn't personally say that it is an example of gaslighting, but it still might bother people.

SPOILERS: I would say that though the very end is happy, the overall ending is bittersweet due to [[REALLY BIG SPOILER]] Ned's death.

[SPOILER] In the second arc (episodes 6-11) the abomination they're up against is a water monster. There are several instances of people being dragged underwater but nobody actually drowns.
