Both Dirk and the Dean are narcissistic, and have anger issues, but, om not sure whether they have an actual mental illness, or just symptoms. But, they're violent. And the christian brunette definitely has some mental illness (based on her behavior. But, I can't quite pinpoint exactly what), and she's violent
There are a lot of gay stereotypes in the movie, and they're used for comedic purposes/they make fun of the stereotypical behavior (in a bad way). There are also a bunch of Jamaican and Asian stereotypes in the movie
Punched. In a fist-fight with her ex, which she wanted. They were fighting to win, and she won. It wasn't self-defense on either side. They just fought to win
I think the christian brunette does. She exhibits grandiose and narcissistic symptoms, as well as low impulse control, high promiscuity, and seems to have very little empathy. She's a narcissist, there's no doubt about that, but, I don't think she has NPD. She just has a LOT OF symptoms from different diagnoses
Van refers to him being sexually assaulted by that christian girl as, "man rape", and kind of makes light of it. He was actually sexually assaulted, but people probably didn't see it as that back then. He didn't just not consent, he said "no", over and over and tried to get away as that girl was forcing herself on him
The christian brunette tried to force herself on Van. He kept saying no, over and over, but she didn't. She sexually assaulted him, but was fortunately stopped when people walked in, before she could rape him
