The bug/garden-themed play Norman Swarm Has Been Transformed has a character named Gladys the Spider; as this is a stage play, she is depicted as a penguin in a spider costume. There was a spider pin in 2007 that may still be available on some private servers. Spiders also appear during the Halloween Party.
