Martha is bullied for being fat and seemingly tries to kill herself because of her insecurity about it.

Several of the characters that die show up seemingly as ghosts to haunt Veronica

Depends on which play you go and see - some do and some don't.

No BUT there is a lot of talk about the death of someone’s mother that happened pre-show

People in the play believe that two people who died were lgbt, but they weren’t.

It depends on what you consider a happy ending - Veronica and Martha end the play on a relatively happy note with them becoming friends again but by that point 4 people have died and 2 have attempted suicide so it is very bittersweet.

Two characters in the show, Martha and Heather McNamara, attempt suicide but fail. There is also a brief scene where Veronica prenteds to hang herself, but did not kill herself nor intend to kill herself. There are three characters who are murdered and framed to look like they killed themselves, but did not in fact kill themselves.

There are a few mentions of Heather Duke having bulimia and she is seen throwing up in the first song, "Beautiful"

In most productions, vomit is only heard and not seen, coming from Heather Duke in the opening number and by Heather Chandler during the party, but this may vary depending on the performance and who is putting on the show.

It depends on who is cast as what in the play but if a black person is cast as Heather C. and dies first it is not because of the trope of having black characters die first.

Someone blows up but it depends on what you consider burned alive.

JD lies to Veronica about the bullets in their guns and tricks her into killing the jocks. He also doesn't tell her she is giving draino to Heather C. until after Heather C. dies.

One of the jocks hump Heather D. when she doesn't want them to in the "Big Fun" song and then in "Blue" they try to force Heather M., Heather D., and Veronica to have sex with them but it is played off for dark comedy and they never appear to be in any real danger - sometimes "Blue" is replaced with "You're Welcome" in some versions of the play. "You're Welcome" is much more blatantly rape-y to the point that it is uncomfortable to watch but no one is actually sexually assaulted/raped in that song either.

Spoilers: Someone fake-hangs themself. They aren’t actually hanged, the just make it look like the hanged themself.

It depends on the version you watch - the one I saw didn't have a hospital scene but some other people sound like they watched one that did.

There is an explosion but it is not nuclear - JD tries to bomb the school and ends up blowing himself up instead when Veronica objects.

No visible blood/gore, but some imaginary blood/gore (they don’t use fake blood or anything but it’s implied that it’s there)

Yes - there is a lot of dry humping in the play to an uncomfortable extent. There is a song about blue balls or alternatively in some versions rape. There is also a lot of nudity but everyone still wears undergarments (bras and underwear).
