The MC has what appear to be panic attacks in response to people insulting his Tourette’s (being ableist, the 1st time including threats of “going viral” from a middle schooler who he pins down briefly) and it triggers him to attack them to make it stop. The 2nd one is bad as he hits his friend repeatedly, in my opinion it’s a trauma response reflecting (and recreating) the abuse he faced at home because of his father.
