Yes & it's pretty bad though brief... As mentioned in the other comment; about 43mins in when 2 cops are chatting on the street a man cries out for help as he jumps from the window. We see it from the cops' perspective so we don't see him hit the ground (there's a vehicle in the way) but we hear a very audible snap followed by a cry of pain, then shortly after a couple more cops drag him across the street with his leg dangling awkwardly - either snapped at the ankle or shin...

People are psychologically tortured (gun to the head) and a group of people is taking hostage and tied up on the floor and shot, beaten, made to watch others being killed, etc.
One of the bad guys gets shot and we see him in obvious extreme pain, and a character bites his wound causing him to scream horribly.
