This show seems to have a lot of episodes about mental illness and they’re always very dramatic, they’re not violent towards others (that I remember) but cause physical harm to themselves.
S7E1 a girl mentions she was abused by her stepdad and has a baby as a result of the abuse. not too graphic but could be triggering as the stepdad does appear in the episode and interact with the girl.
Some episodes come away without happy endings, but nine times out of ten, everything is resolved in a good way. The series concludes with a happy ending too.
At the end of the first episode a limo crashes into a lorry. At the end of season 7 episode 30, a lorry is seen speeding towards several main characters (but the episode cuts off before showing the crash).
