Also, Johnny and his father are briefly shown to get into a small altercation, but his father is more emotionally abusive than physical.

Some exposed intensines from corpses in ch 13. The entirety of ch 50 is bloody and violent- someone is stabbed in the eye, the stand user's head explodes and you see his exposed spinal cord. I dunno where the line is drawn between "gore" and "excessive gore" or why there are two categories tbh, lol

A lot. In ch 76 page 10, a major character is split in half (legs separated from torso). Another main character loses a hand near the end, around vol 22.

Before the start of the series, Johnny’s brother Nicholas is mentioned and shown to have died in a horse racing accident. A little boy is mentioned to have died offscreen of a cold, and Ringo’s backstory mentions how his entire family, including his siblings, were murdered.

nothing major I can think of? if the issue is just gross bodily functions in general then the character Magent Magent is pretty bad for it. Sneezes into his hand then licks it, he reappears later and has a constantly runny nose

Scarlett Valentine (Funny Valentine's wife) try to seduce a girl, while she's still in a relationship with him. If I'm not mistaking, she mentioned that she cheated on him several times. She's a canonically bisexual.

A 14 year old girl becomes pregnant involuntarily- no actual process of childbirth occurs and it's not actually a baby inside her womb, but it could still be distressing (see Is there childbirth?)

Although there is a pregnant character and some themes of childbirth arise for the character, such as pain and discomfort, no actual process of childbirth takes place (no baby is naturally born from the pregnancy.)

-The protagonist is paraplegic and ableist towards himself. He wants to heal his legs (to "get from negative to back to zero); that being his motivation almost throughout the whole part. He is clearly depressed and thinks of himself as useless. -A nurse is seen to practice medical malpractice on the protgonist in a flashback. (Non-consensually taking blood since "he can't feel it anyways".)

There's a bit where Gyro and Johnny are joking about how opera singers have such massive bodies that you shouldn't need opera glasses to see them. Gyro says maybe it's so you can zoom in to watch the buttons on their clothes pop off

Gore is similar to Part 6. Frequent detailed panels, lots of blood, and bits of body horror. The goriest arc is ch 50 Tubular Bells, which reminded me of the Metalica fight in Part 5. There's a bit of body horror in ch 77 where a spider goes under someone's skin. You could look through the other categories for examples of more specific secnes if you're still unsure.

As this is a story that is heavily inspired by Wild West media, several characters have revolvers, and they are used rather frequently throughout the story.
