The villain is an antisemitic caricature ripped right out of 1940s propaganda. His most prominent feature is a big and pointed/hooked nose, often seen from behind a fur coat trim as he cackles, and he is portrayed as a bloodthirsty and cruel animal abuser with a Slavic accent. It's stunningly offensive.
