At 1:17:10(ish) Dees pulls a cross necklace from a dead guys mouth and is about to take a picture of him, but gets obviously nauseous and says "no more" and runs to the bathroom and v*s in the sink. It doesn't show the action but shows some aftermath in the sink. FF from the "no more" to when you see him standing upright in the bathroom mirror. Trigger level is 5/10.
