This is implied given the state of the world in this show since people are hungry and powerless, though not explicitly stated as far as I’m aware. In season 3 a child is alluded to dying but this isn’t actually the case (they are mourned and there’s a scene with a crib on fire and a viewer who isn’t paying attention to the plot can be shocked if they don’t realize this)

There are multiple shower scenes, season 3 (I believe) had one with Joana

Not in the traditional way but there is at least one scene where a character hallucinates and believes they see a dead individual.

Artur vomits in season 3 after he eats some bad food (very suddenly, too. Wasn’t expecting it when it happened)

Not therapy, but used as torture yes (it lasts for a long while and the intensity causes the two people to faint with foaming mouths and end up in intensive care)

In season 3, they break into a hospital on the Offshore after faking an injury (cut hand with a knife, visible blood, done on screen)

A character needs blood for a plot point. It is heavily implied the harm is only to resolve this plot issue and not because of mental distress or illness. That said it is graphic and a sharp object and cuts on the palm are shown fairly graphically.

S02E04 "Napkin" has recurring strobe effects throughout the episode when 2 characters are interrogated. It wasn't a huge problem prior to this episode, but this episode was terrible! Made me nauseous. The important plot stuff is all dialog so you can just listen and not view once the strobe effects begin.

One main character is almost raped in a flashback. Although it dosn't happen the scene may be triggering.

Misgendering is using the wrong pronouns (calling a girl "he", for example). It is psychologically harmful for trans and gender nonconforming people, who may wish to skip episodes or shows with misgendering. I am up to S02E04 and haven't noticed any occurrence yet.

Yes, but it does not go unaddressed. There is a character in a wheelchair. Other characters talk about how he could be "cured" and walk again, but he is against it. It only comes up a few times.

Their world doesn't seem to have Christianity, Islam, Judaism, or other religions in our world.
