In late Season 2, David euthanizes his elderly dog due to health issues. The entire incident happens offscreen. We only see characters discussing the death of the dog.
In the very beginning of the episode as soon as they're done having sex and they wake up in the morning, she says something along the lines of, "Please give me a sign." Shortly after that, he wakes up and starts throwing up out of no where. I looked away immediately and haven't watched the rest of the episode.
Season 2, Episode 1: The main character kills her pet goldfish by throwing the aquarium through a window and leaving the fish to lay in the grass, gasping for air. Yes, it shows a flash of the fish dying. If you skip forward from 2:20 to 2:40, you can miss it. You won’t miss anything important.
