In one scene the main character starts sweating while sleeping & increasingly gets more unwell looking by the second. Towards the end of the scene she is seen slightly convulsing with her eyes rolled a little bit. It doesn't have any effects on her. Its like she's shaking and then comes to/awake and isn't shaking anymore.

However later on when the other woman tries to come onto the husband, he turns her away. The other woman is seen 2-3 times in the movie being kind of flirty with the husband even when he doesn't return the gestures.

The Golem reacts like he felt it so she does it a second time intentionally to see if he reacts. Its quick & all it shows is a drop of blood on her finger. In another scene later, the Golem creature purposely stabs his leg while sitting at the table with the woman & man. Its extremely brief & no gore or closeups.
