In one scene the main character starts sweating while sleeping & increasingly gets more unwell looking by the second. Towards the end of the scene she is seen slightly convulsing with her eyes rolled a little bit. It doesn't have any effects on her. Its like she's shaking and then comes to/awake and isn't shaking anymore.

Not exactly but there's a scene where the main character sees her husband at this other womans house & its implied she believes he is cheating. However later on when the other woman tries to come onto the husband, he turns her away. The other woman is seen 2-3 times in the movie being kind of flirty with the husband even when he doesn't return the gestures.

While the main character is sewing the Golem some clothes, she accidentally pricks her finger with the sewing needle. The Golem reacts like he felt it so she does it a second time intentionally to see if he reacts. Its quick & all it shows is a drop of blood on her finger. In another scene later, the Golem creature purposely stabs his leg while sitting at the table with the woman & man. Its extremely brief & no gore or closeups.
