No, but kind of. The opening has a child breathing what we know but she does not realize are toxic clouds of pollution while other people have protective suits, but she is not in distress. It is still systemic racial child abuse, but probably not the kind of child abuse that the question implies, but it is still meant to be disturbing.

This is ambiguous. There is a scene where someone leaves a goodbye note and you might think that they have died by suicide. This person is later shown alive, in a brief scene that could be interpreted as another character's imagination. The director has said that while it's open-ended, he meant it to be viewed literally (ie. the character is still alive by the end of the film).

First, a fish jumps out of the polluted water and flops around for a few seconds before being still. Then, Mont is at work and pulls a fish out of a tank, which he then clubs twice. You can’t see the fish itself as it’s happening, as it’s blocked by the counter, but it’s clear what’s taking place.

A character experiences the death of her mother. The viewer never sees the mother, but it is a plot point.

There are no explicit anxiety attacks, but there is a lot of brooding in the movie, it's one of the movie's main finger prints, and I would imagine that the characters all have a lot anxiety inside of them among other things as they do this.

It's almost all steady-cam, but there's at least one scene with shaky handheld camera work.

A character is bullied by his friends for supposedly acting "feminine" and some homophobic language is used. The film clearly doesn't support this behaviour.

One or more black characters do die, but keep in mind that almost all significant characters in the film are black.
