By the actual characters, yes and no. One character makes a comment about a minor's "first time" before it cuts to black and you hear a scream, but I think it was meant as a "joke" by the adult character, still inappropriate.
An underaged character is also later fused to a monster, which has tentacles, where she is bound with her arms up high in a weird looking helmet, she is also blind because of the helmet. She also conveniently lost her pants which will reappear after the battle is over, though her top covers things, barely. If that didn't make things uncomfortable enough, at some point the camera zoomed in to reveal she has a metal ball gag in her mouth. Nothing sexual actually happens, but the fight felt like a really uncomfortable pin up of a child.
