No animals are killed on screen. There is mention of goats being sacrificed and animals being hunted. There is a pit with human (and possibly goat) corpses, but the focus is on the humans. There are taxidermied animal heads.

No animal abuse occurs onscreen, but there are lots of taxidermy animals from trophy hunts, and some goats are implied to be used as ritual sacrifices.

One character is visually and verbally referenced to be addicted to various drugs, and takes them on-camera. This is sometimes framed as comedic.

Most of the wound is obscured by blood, and the eye isn’t the focus of the shot (pun unintended).

No. You guys are too liberal with your logic, lol. Somebody gets shot in the head and you see the injury but there is no head squishing.

Bones are heard to shatter during a few scenes, but none are distinctly visible, nor are they the focus.

No. It is implied that one married character was going to try to seduce another married character early in the movie but she couldn't find him and it doesn't come up again.

Someone is "hunted" for sport, but not stalked in the traditional meaning of the term.

Less of a ghost and more of a "being" but could still be scary.

To be clearer, someone is shot with a tranquiliser dart. You don't see the needle. However, there is an earlier scene where a metal spike graphically penetrates a hand.

Not self-harm in the traditional sense, but a character does squeeze through a gap in a metal gate while enduring the pain of part of the gate tearing a gash along their back.

The bride and groom are on their wedding night and they start kissing and she says “Take off your pants” but are quickly interrupted. That’s about it.

NO, but there's a scene where a man and woman are fighting on the ground, the woman tries to run and the man drags her back and gets on top of her. He's only trying to knock her out but for a second I thought something else was going to happen and I can see that scene being distressing.

It depends on what you mean by a "happy ending". It has a cathartic ending.

A child is punched during the movie after he shoots a character (though this is self-defense on the puncher’s part). It’s strongly eluded to that certain characters experienced emotional abuse/manipulation as children in order to initiate them into the family’s tradition.

Multiple characters choke on blood/struggle to breathe for prolonged period of time as they die. On at least one occasion this is framed as a joke.

There is a scene where a character is hanging from a ledge and almost falling (while trying to climb out of a pit), but she manages to get up and does not die.
