No animals are killed on screen. There is mention of goats being sacrificed and animals being hunted. There is a pit with human (and possibly goat) corpses, but the focus is on the humans. There are taxidermied animal heads.

No animal abuse occurs onscreen, but there are lots of taxidermy animals from trophy hunts, and some goats are implied to be used as ritual sacrifices.

Spoilers: The main character's husband does not tell her what is happening or any of the traditions with the family, leading to her being hunted, injured and then attempting to murder her

A woman who has had her husband killed by this family goes on to become a driving force behind the family attempting to murder others Not necessarily abuse, but definitely an example of someone who was victimised going on and hurting other people

Someone is "hunted" for sport, but not stalked in the traditional meaning of the term.

A child is punched during the movie after he shoots a character (though this is self-defense on the puncher’s part). It’s strongly eluded to that certain characters experienced emotional abuse/manipulation as children in order to initiate them into the family’s tradition.

There's (sometimes fatal) violence between spouses, although it's not traditional abuse.

NO, but there's a scene where a man and woman are fighting on the ground, the woman tries to run and the man drags her back and gets on top of her. He's only trying to knock her out but for a second I thought something else was going to happen and I can see that scene being distressing.

There are no scenes in this movie of someone torturing another person. However, a woman is hunted by a group of people, and while trying to escape she injures herself in a number of gory ways (with a lot of blood curling screaming)

Depends on whether hand mutilation counts. There is very graphic hand mutilation (holes through the palm and wrist), but no finger/toe-specific mutilation.

Toward the end, a mother dies on-screen and you see the reactions of her adult children when they find her. Two more parents die afterward, one off-screen and one on a few seconds apart, but those deaths are not poignant like the first one.

There are two scenes of vomiting. Both are graphic. One is after the main character falls into a cellar in the goat barn. The other is near the end when the family are performing a ritual and they pass around a chalice that they all drink from - after this they suddenly start vomiting.

Well, the police arrive at the very end, after everything is over, and say a couple of lines from off-screen, and they show no sign of being bad guys. But they're neither badasses nor heroes.

Not self-harm in the traditional sense, but a character does squeeze through a gap in a metal gate while enduring the pain of part of the gate tearing a gash along their back.

Well, there's a young woman who looks like a maid, who says tells someone, "I'm not really a maid; mr. x just likes the way I dance". In other words, it seems she was hired just because she's sexy.

It is surprisingly tolerable, coming from a highly squeamish person. The camera doesn't linger too long or show a ton of detail besides a lot of blood. It's not like a zombie movie or Saw where the violence is extremely graphic or you see a bunch of guts, because grossing you out isn't the point. The more drawn-out gory scenes (dumbwaiter death and squeezing through the metal gate) start out slow/mild enough that you will have a chance to look away before you get too grossed out. Ready or Not is my barometer for whether I can handle the gore in a movie because it's right at the level I can tolerate.
