There is gore, but it’s a combination of being stylized ala a Giallo and just not being well executed. There is one scene where a butcher is feeding offal to seagulls where they clearly used meat industry products and it’s therefore very realistic, and a scene during the final act where a nun is disemboweled that are both pretty gross. The nun scene is very heavily signaled.

Elizabeth leaves her grandmother to burn to death and then regrets her actions. There isn’t a category for elder abuse, so this feels closest since it’s a relative

She was lied to and manipulated, but not for the purpose of causing her to question her sanity. It was just to cover up something, and lead her into finding the truth.
Gaslighting is a specific abuse tactic, in which the abuser constantly denies their victim's reality, so that the victim questions even their ability to discern reality, making the victim even easier to manipulate, and less able to fight back because they constantly doubt themselves.

Honestly it’s hard to tell that the prop is supposed to be a cat, but you can tell it’s meant to be a dead mammal of some type. It’s not realistic at all, nor is it ever identified as a cat or pet

There is background cannibalism throughout. When Elizabeth goes to town to seek out a phone or lodging near the start of the movie, you see a butcher in a bloody apron and behind him you can see a human corpse. In another scene this same man is seen eating offal and feeding it to birds and it’s implied to be from the earlier body.
At the start of the film’s finale, Sarah instructs Elizabeth to feast on human flesh, and she does. This is the most graphic and gory scene in the film

While visiting the woman that Elizabeth has realized is her grandmother, after she asks her not to call her by her birth name, nuns show up very suddenly and set the house on fire. Elizabeth abandons her grandmother and leaves her to burn. She gets out of the house and douses herself in water, but is horrifically burned and dies in Elizabeth’s arms

Elizabeth describes not being able to remember the first seven years of her life, but has flashbacks to disturbing images that she later realizes are of herself and her sister as children.
I think this element could be really triggering for some people who experience blocked childhood memories because through her flashbacks, she learns that she herself was “monstrous” as a child. I wasn’t triggered by this, but I could tell that if I watched this as a teenager I really would have been

Not exactly. A woman strips, but she is actually covered in latex special effects makeup. She is meant to be topless, and you see the shape of her breasts, but the actress is technically covered.

Frequent throughout the film, though the gore itself is not usually shown, but blood is: for example, a woman is stabbed multiple times, and although we don't see the knife penetrating, water is shown carrying her blood away. A man is shown ravenously eating offal.
