Yellow Guy is implied to be a child and he goes through a lot of physical and emotional torture. It's also implied that his father is behind it.

Roy (father) abuses Yellow Guy (his son) by using his fears against him.

At the end of the last episode you can see Yellow Guy starting to look like his dad as he suffers. He just looks like him though, doesn't act like him

not necessarily, but there is a scene in episode two where red guy and duck guy have some kind of helmets on connected to a machine, seemingly being forced to watch the screens. it looks like they may be struggling to move but this is speculation

One of the recurring elements of the show is body horror and gore. In episode one, Creativity, a heart is covered in glitter and a cake made of entrails is shown. In episode 2, Time, the main characters are melted to gorey, aged versions of themselves. And in episode 5, Health, Duck is disemboweled by a giant can and then a shot is shown of Yellow Guy is shown with Duck's entrails shown on the table.

If you interpret Yellow Guy as a child, Sketchbook pouring ink on his painting could be interpreted this way

In episode 5, Health, a hospital room is one of the recurring sets of the episode, specifically a surgery room.

Tricky; a character is heavily implied to have a developmental disability and is abused by his father, but at no point is autism specifically mentioned.

It's especially prominent in the first episode when everything starts going dark. Also in the second episode when Tony the Clock starts screeching it's really repetitive.

the aesthetics are very preschool-like in deliberate contrast to the dark story, but there are no babies in it last I checked.

A main theme is the characters becoming aware of their surroundings in a way that they shouldn't. Characters stare directly at the camera and occasionally the set and cameras are seen

A main character, Yellow Guy, is implied to be developmentally disabled, and is treated differently by characters as a result. Two standouts in this is Shrignold from Episode 3, Love, who repeatedly scolds him for misunderstanding his preaching, and Yellow Guy's father, who is implied in an interview to be abusive to Yellow Guy specifically because of his interpreted arrogance and rudeness, which contrasts Yellow Guy's actual behavior.

Hard to say. Episode 5 is a critique of diet culture and the inconsistent ideas of "healthy" food. At the end a character eats too much and end up bigger (fatter and taller). This is played for horror, not comedy

No, but the third episode has some veiled typical homophobic rhetoric (this is implied to be an underhanded criticism of religious homophobia).

The ending of the series is a bit vague, but it seems to end on a fairly hopeful if still somewhat... Suspicious note.

Duck's skin gets melted off in Episode 2. Duck and Red Guy eat bloody eggs and chicken meat in Episode 3. Episode 5 shows off Duck's organs in a very graphic detail.
