There aren't any minorities in the game to misrepresented, everyone is gray skin toned to be a neutral race and there are no visible physically disabled people on screen etc.
(Spoiler) when you turn into the weird flesh potato thingy and run through a room, you can see in the back a man trying to run away and having some sort of body convulsion and dying. Whether this is a seizure or a stroke is up to interpretation.
Towards the end of the game, the player character enters a large room with a puzzle inside it, where the audio is muffled and the player views their character through a massive pane of glass with the number '04' on it above a series of lines similar to barcodes. There are a series of monitors beneath the glass, implying that others can see and are watching the player character.
No child is seen in the act of being abused, however the player character is a child and you can see many gruesome death animations. There is also another character that is presumed to be a child, and was involved in human experimentation.
Yes. There's a part in the game where you end up yeeting a bunch of baby chicks at something to knock it over and it's possible for the chicks to die however for me only one was killed. I'm not joking. Besides that one the rest survived.
[SPOILER] After the player has entered The Huddle at the end of the game, they fall through a few floors, into a massive display a collections of workers are staring into. The workers quickly scramble away from them, but one of them trips over his own feet and falls into a seizure before dying.
The player character can easily fall to his death, and [SPOILER], if the player rushes through the office building as The Huddle at the end of the game, they run through the CEO's office, taking him with them as they fall out the window behind him. The player lands unharmed, but the CEO falls, screams, and is crushed under their weight.
In the beginning of the game, the player sneaks past a large company truck full of limp, twitching people. A masked person closes the back of the truck before the truck pulls off to a large facility.
There are a few loud, scary moments, but there is only one true jumpscare and it is about halfway through the game during one of the underwater sections.
There's no explicit depiction of a character experiencing body dysmorphia, but there are some scenes and characters like The Huddle that might elicit similar feelings in the player.
[Spoiler] In the secret cutscene, the kid the player has been controlling slumps over just as all the other mindcontrolled people do.
This implies that the boy doesn’t have free will since he’s being controlled by the player, just as the other characters ingame don’t have free will since they’re controlled by the organization.
Kinda makes you feel bad, but nothing crazy
There is blood depicted in the main story when the player crashes through a window and when [SPOILERS] he becomes part of the Huddle and crushes somebody to death. The player can also die on his journey and most deaths include blood and gore, especially if he is killed by dogs.
