Sometimes the things they fight are sentient animals, and sometimes they die. Some animals also eat each other in the episode farmer, there's no gore though

There's a lot of bugs, but they're all meant to be cute. There's ladybugs in the pilot, and the episodes "Food", and "dogs". There's a cicada in the episode "Food". Bee also wears a lot of bee related clothing, and has some bee accessories.

While is is not gory in the traditional sense, you can see their arm bending in a way that it's not supposed to, which could be triggering.

One characters Dad is missing throughout the story, it's never said why but it's heavily implied that they died. Another characters mom is basically in a coma throughout the story.

Puppycat is forced to spend the day with Cardamon in the episode "Dogs". I'm not really sure that this counts as kidnapping, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

Someone farts during the pilot. Someone also names a character in a game "I gotta fart" to mess with the dialogue in the episode "game". In the episode In the episode "Toast" a crow licks Bee's hair if that counts. "Dogs" a character is sick and accidentally sneezes on someone. In the episode Doughnut there is a farting sound effect when a character is talking about how they "gotta to go real bad".

No but Bee takes puppycat into the bathroom, sits on the toilet (not going just sitting) eats a gum stick and then touches tempbots face. It’s all played off as a toilet joke

While no hospitals are present in this show, there is a character who is asleep and hooked up to machines which I can only assume are keeping her alive.

The ending is sad in my opinion. Certain plot points get left unresolved too, although this is probably to set up for Bee and PuppyCat lazy in space.

In short, there's a significant amount of gore in the pilot, and a relatively small amount of blood in the main series.
In the pilot damaging the monster caused it to bleed a lot, which is amplified by the fact that bee damaged it by biting it.
In the episode "Doughnut", Deckard gets cut in the back of his head, which causes him to bleed. In the same episode another character gets a rock shard stuck in their finger, although their blood is purple since they're not human. It didn't cause any major damage, and they way they handled it reminded me of when you get a splinter.
(Micro-spoiler's ahead)
There's also a scene in both the pilot and the final show, where bee gets hurt, but instead of bleeding she has ribbons flowing out of her instead.
