Closest thing to a dog who's in any danger is Lucario, but because of how the game works, anytime a character 'dies' comes right back.

A mouse character was put in a generator that actively hurt it when it powered on.

The closest anyone gets to dying is losing a stock in gameplay or reverting to a trophy in the story mode, so no.

A character, who is a giant hand, was stabbed in the knuckles and stuck with what stabbed them until they got ripped out, with visible (but not human colored) blood. That scene happens pretty quickly, but afterwards there are burn marks left where they were stabbed.

Maybe only for one scene, but it's barely noticeable. There is what's implied to be (non-human) blood and wounds in said scene but nowhere else.
