There is a fight with a security guard at Tolkien’s house involving dogs, and 2 or 3 fights at Professor Chaos’s lair that also involve dogs. They don’t technically die, just get knocked unconscious, but it’s still a little uncomfortable.

The relationship between the new kids parents deteroite for the worse as the game goes on. They both can be seen hitting each other and screaming at each other. Later in the game, the player has to choose which of the parents to kill in order to escape a locked room created by the antagonist.

As someone with very strong arachnophobia, the selfie is worse but neither is really triggering. The spiders in Legend of Zelda are far worse.

If you input a correct password before actually finding the passcode ingame, Cartman will directly scold the player for trying to cheat and stop the password from working until you find it legitimately. Also if you try to skip the opening cutscene, Cartman will also scold you and prevent you from skipping. If you keep trying to skip the cutscene, he’ll get angry and skip the game all the way to the end credits.

In an over-the-top satirical take on American police officers, The police of South Park are portrayed as massive racists who only arrest black people regardless of whether they are guilty of a crime or not. It’s later revealed that they sacrifice them to lovecraftian-esk monster who only craves black meat. After selecting a gender and sexuality, rednecks will attack you and say “we don’t take kindly to your type around here” although it should be noted this happenes no matter what gender and sexuality you pick, including if your a straight cis male.
