There is a fight with a security guard at Tolkien’s house involving dogs, and 2 or 3 fights at Professor Chaos’s lair that also involve dogs. They don’t technically die, just get knocked unconscious, but it’s still a little uncomfortable.

As someone with very strong arachnophobia, the selfie is worse but neither is really triggering. The spiders in Legend of Zelda are far worse.

If you input a correct password before actually finding the passcode ingame, Cartman will directly scold the player for trying to cheat and stop the password from working until you find it legitimately. Also if you try to skip the opening cutscene, Cartman will also scold you and prevent you from skipping. If you keep trying to skip the cutscene, he’ll get angry and skip the game all the way to the end credits.

would like to add to the above comment that the misgendering from the other kids is more that they genuinely do not know the player's gender and just assume they are a boy rather than intentional misgendering. idle lines from them when you play as a girl include things like saying "you look feminine for a boy". would also like to add that in the mission where you choose your character's gender identity, mr mackey will call home to the player's parents to out them.
