A stray cat who was treated like a pet ends up being hit by a car. We don't see the accident happen on screen but the cat is found afterwards in a pool of blood and also coughs up blood when the owner tries to comfort it with cat treats. The cat succumbs to its injuries and dies in its owner's arms.
