This movie contains 7 potentially triggering events.
The family says that they want to impregnate Michelle and that "Junior is the best", implying that he's done it before. This would obviously be rape if they went through with it. Even though it didn't take place, it could be triggering for rape/sexual assault survivors
one of the main characters is watched through a wall hole while using the restroom. 17:32 - 17:51 and again 18:38 - 18:47, there is a jumpscare at 18:47 as well when the watcher is caught.
michelle gets sexually harassed a lot throughout the movie. if i remember correctly (i haven't seen the movie in a while) the cannibals also vaguely threaten to have leatherface impregnate her, but she escapes before that can happen
Not graphically shown, but heavily implied as in the other films. Leatherface repeatedly refers to humans as food and characters are given cups of blood to drink.
A young girl (probably around 10) smashes a victim's head with a sledgehammer contraption. She begged to get to do it, saying that her family promised that "the next one is hers". Just like the rest of the family, the girl was a murderous sadist
